Notification of Copyright Infringement

We respect intellectual property rights and comply with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA). If you believe your copyrighted work has been infringed, you may submit a takedown notice.

How to Submit a Takedown Notice

Send your notice to:

Notice Must Include:

  1. Your contact information (name, address, phone, email)
  2. Description of the copyrighted work being infringed
  3. NFT identifier or URL of the allegedly infringing content
  4. Statement: "I have a good faith belief that use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law"
  5. Statement: "The information in this notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, I am authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed"
  6. Your physical or electronic signature

What We Will Do

Upon receiving a valid DMCA notice, we will:

  1. Review the notice within 24 hours
  2. Suspend the user account (preventing future mints)
  3. Remove content from any platform discovery or marketplace features
  4. Notify the user of the complaint
  5. Provide counter-notification process information

Important Limitation

Blockchain content cannot be deleted once minted.

The blockchain is a decentralized, immutable public ledger. While we can suspend accounts and remove content from our platform interfaces, we cannot delete or alter content that has been published to the blockchain. Our remedies are limited to platform-level actions such as account suspension and de-listing from discovery features.

Counter-Notification

If you believe your content was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notification containing:

  1. Your contact information (name, address, phone, email)
  2. Identification of the removed content and its location before removal
  3. Statement under penalty of perjury that the content was removed by mistake or misidentification
  4. Statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for your judicial district
  5. Statement that you will accept service of process from the complainant
  6. Your physical or electronic signature

Send counter-notifications to: [email protected]

Repeat Infringer Policy

Users with multiple copyright violations will have their accounts permanently terminated. We maintain a policy of terminating, in appropriate circumstances, accounts of users who are repeat infringers.
